Pangulong Duterte, nais magtayo ng karagdagang evacuation centers
Nais ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na magtayo ng mas marami pang evacuation centers sa bansa.
Inihayag ito ng pangulo sa situational briefing sa Batangas Provincial Sports Complex (BPSC) sa Batangas City bunsod ng pag-alboroto ng Bulkang Taal.
Ayon sa pangulo, nais niyang maging “simultaneous” ang pagtatayo ng matitibay na evacuation centers sa mga lugar na madalas tamaan ng kalamidad.
Sinabi ng pangulo na unahin ang pagtatayo ng mga evacuation center sa Samar, Leyte at Isabela.
Nais din ng pangulo na matapos ang pagtatayo ng mga evacuation center bago matapos ang kaniyang termino sa taong 2022.
“I hope that you can finish it before my term ends. I do not want anybody… do not start projects which you cannot finish beyond my term. I want projects that are doable and can be finished during my term,” ayon sa pangulo.
