Brig. Gen. Nolasco Bathan pinagsabihan ni Año

Pinagsabihan ni Interior Secretary Eduardo Año si admonished Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Nolasco Bathan sa ginawa nitong pagkuha sa cellphone ng GMA 7 reporter na si Jun Veneracion.

Ayon kay Año, hindi iyon dapat ginawa ni Bathan. Hindi aniya tamang basta-basta na lamang hinablot ni Bathan ang cellphone ni Veneracion.

Nangako rin si Año na ipapataw ang karampatang sanction kay Bathan sa sandaling mapatunayang may pagkakamali ito.

Ayon kay Año nais niya munang hintayin ang resulta ng imbestigasyon na ginagawa ng Philippine National Police (PNP) sa insidente.

Sa ngayon ay ang Regional Internal Affairs Service ng National Capital Region Police Office ang nagsasagawa ng imbestigasyon.
