Sec. Locsin, dinalaw ang pamilya ng nasawing OFW sa Kuwait
Dinalaw ni Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. ang pamilya ng nasawing overseas Filipino worker (OFW) na si Jeanelyn Padernal Villavende sa Kuwait.
Ito ay ilang oras bago dumating ang mga labi ng OFW sa Maynila.
Nangako si Locsin na patuloy silang magbibigay ng legal assistance at iba pang tulong para makamit ang hustisya sa pagkasawi ni Villavende.
Nabigyan na ang kagawaran ng abogado at P100,000 na financial assistance ang pamilya ng biktima sa pamamagitan ng Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs at Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Kuwait.
