CA Justice Samuel Gaerlan, itinalaga ni Pangulong Duterte bilang SC Associate Justice

Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Court of Appeals Associate Justice Samuel Gaerlan bilang Associate Justice ng Korte Suprema.
Inilabas ng SC Public Information Office ang appointment paper ni Gaerlan.
Itinalaga si Gaerlan sa nasabing posisyon matapos ma-appoint si dating Associate Justice Diosdado Peralta bilang Punong Mahistrado noong October 2019.
Ayon naman kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, manunumpa si Gaerlan sa nasabing pwesto sa Lunes ng hapon, January 13.
