Ayon sa Philippine Red Cross kung ang deboto ay may ubo, may sipon o may lagnat mas mabuting huwag nang lumahok sa Traslacion.

Ipinayo din ng Red Cross na iwasan na ang pagdadala ng mga bata lalo na mga sanggol sa prusisyon.
