Matapos bantayan sa loob ng pitong oras ang kaniyang kilos, bumagsak sa kamay ng mga otoridad ang kilabot na akyat-bahay gang sa San Juan.
Responsable ang suspek sa panloloob sa malalaking bahay sa North at South Greenhills sa lungsod.
Ayon kay Mayor Francis Zamora nitong nakalipas na buwan na Disyemre lang ay umabot sa 10 bahay ang napasok ng suspek.
