Pinirmahan ng pangulo ang appointment paper ni Marciano noong Decemeber 5, 2019.
Binuo ang Philippine Space Act makaraang pirmahan ng pangulo ang Republic Act 11363 o Philippine Space Act noong August 8, 2019.
Nagsilbi na si Marciano bilang acting director ng Department of Science and Technology-Advanced Science and Technology Institute (DOST-ASTI).
Samantala, itinalaga naman si Eduardo del Rosario bilang ad interim Secretary ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
