Idineklara ng Malakanyang na special non-working day sa Navotas City ang January 16, 2020.

Ito ay bilang paggunita sa ika 114 na Founding Anniversary ng lungsod.

Sa proclamation number 874 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea layon ng deklarasyon na mabigyang pagkakataon ang mga residente ng Navotas na makiisa sa selebrasyon.

May mga inilatag kasing aktibidad ang lokal na pamahalaan para sa okasyon.
