Online at mobile services ng BPI nagkaproblema

Nagkaroon ng problema ang ilang online at mobile services ng Bank of the Philippine Islands.

Ayon sa BPI, kabilang sa nagkakaroon ng problema ay ilang financial transactions gaya ng bills payment at fund transfers sa pamamagitan ng mobile app at website.

Pansamantala ayon sa BPI ay hindi magagamit ang mga serbisyong ito.

Una rito, maraming BPI clients ang nag-post sa Twitter dahil hindi sila makapagbayad ng bill sa pamamagitan ng online banking.

Ayon sa mga nagreklamong kliyente, nawala ang mga nai-enroll na nilang third party accounts.

Mayroon ding iba na nagsabing bigla silang nag-zero balance nang silipin nila online ang kanilang acocunt.

Ayon sa BPI tinutugunan na nila ang usapin.
