2 lalaki arestado dahil sa pagpupuslit ng produktong petrolyo sa Surigao del Norte
Naaresto ang dalawang lalaki dahil sa pagpupuslit ng produktong petrolyo, araw ng Linggo sa checkpoint sa Barangay Sta. Cruz sa Placer sa Surigao del Norte.
Ayon kay Police Brig. Gen. Joselito Esquivel, ng Caraga PNP, pinara nila sa checkpoint ang isang elf truck kung saan sakay ang dalawang suspek at nang maginspeksyon ay walang naipakitang permit ang mga suspek.
Nakumpiska sa dalawa ang 6,000 litro ng gasolina at diesel na binili umano sa isanh gasolinahan sa Barangay San Pedro, Alegria at dadalhin sana sa Dinagat Islands.
Kasong paglabag sa Presidential Decree No. 1865 ang kinakaharap ng dalawang suspek.
