Pelikulang “Mindanao,” humakot ng parangal sa 2019 MMFF Gabi ng Parangal
Humakot ng parangal ang pelikulang “Mindanao” sa 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Gabi ng Parangal, araw ng Biyernes.
Maliban sa major acting awards, naiuwi rin ng pelikula ang pinakamaraming parangal.
Nagwagi ang mga bida sa pelikula na sina Judy Ann Santos bilang Best Actress at Allen Dizon bilang Best Actor habang Best Director naman si Brillante Mendoza.
Kinilala rin ang pelikula bilang Best Picture.
Sa pagtanggap ng parangal, humiling si Mendoza at Judy Ann na kung maaari ay madagdagan ang bilang ng mga sinehan na nagpapalabas ng kanilang pelikula.
Samantala, nagwagi bilang Second Best Picture ang “Write About Love” ni Director Crisanto Aquino at Third Best Picture naman ang
“Sunod” ni Director Carlo Ledesma.
