Hotline number ng DPWH hindi matatawagan sa January 1, 2020
Hindi magagamit ang hotline number ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa Araw ng Bagong Taon, January 1, 2020.
Sa abiso ng kagawaran, ito ay alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 845 series of 2019 na Citizen’s Complaint Center.
Nakasaad sa nasabing EO na kailangang mag-operate ang hotline number 165-02 sa lahat ng communication channels nito nang 24 oras ngunit hindi kasama ang holiday at work suspension.
Sinabi ng DPWH na magbabalik-normal ang serbisyo ng hotline number simula sa January 2, 2020.
Humingi naman ng pang-unawa ang kagawaran sa publiko.
