Bagyong #Ursula, napanatili ang lakas; Ika-pitong landfall, naitala sa Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro

Tumama na rin ang Bagyong Ursula sa kalupaan ng Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro Miyerkules ng hapon.

Sa severe weather bulletin ng PAGASA bandang 5:00 ng hapon, nag-landfall ang bagyo sa nasabing lugar bandang 3:00 ng hapon.

Huli itong namataan sa 15 kilometers Timog Tilog-Kanluran ng San Jose, Occidental Mindoro bandang 4:00 ng hapon.

Taglay pa rin nito ang lakas na hanging aabot sa 140 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 195 kilometers per hour.

Tinatahak ng bagyo ang direksyong pa-Kanluran sa bilis na 20 kilometers per hour.

Dahil dito, nakataas pa rin ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

– Southern Oriental Mindoro (Roxas, Mansalay, Bulalacao, Bongabong, Bansud, Pola, Socorro, Pinamalayan, Gloria)
– southern Occidental Mindoro (Calintaan, Rizal, San Jose, Magsaysay, southern portion of Sablayan)
– Calamian Islands (Busuanga, Coron, Culion)
– Caluya

– Romblon
– Batangas
– Marinduque
– nalalabing parte ng Oriental Mindoro
– nalalabing parte ng Occidental Mindoro kabilang ang Lubang Island
– Cuyo Islands
– extreme northern portion ng mainland Palawan (Linapacan, El Nido, Taytay, Araceli)
– Northern Antique (Libertad, Pandan, Sebaste, Culasi)

Nauna nang nag-landfall ang bagyo sa bahagi ng Eastern Samar (4:45, Martes ng hapon); Tacloban City, Leyte (7:30, Martes ng gabi); Cabucgayan, Biliran (9:15, Martes ng gabi); Gigantes Islands, Carles, Iloilo (2:30, Miyerkules ng madaling-araw), Ibajay, Aklan (8:40, Miyerkules ng umaga); Semirara Island, Caluya, Antique (1:00, Miyerkules ng hapon).

Sinabi pa ng weather bureau na nagdadala ang eyewall ng bagyo ng malakas na hangin at pag-ulan sa Mindoro provinces.

Susunod na maaapektuhan ang southern portion ng Calamian Islands.

Dagdag ng PAGASA, patuloy na makararanas ng occasional to frequent heavy na may intermittent intense rains Calamian Islands at Mindoro Provinces.

Light to moderate na may intermittent heavy rains naman ang iiral sa Aklan, Capiz, Romblon, CALABARZON, Marinduque, Aurora at northern portion ng mainland Palawan.
