Itinaas ang yellow rainfall warning sa Romblon, Oriental Mindoro at Marinduque.
Base sa abiso ng PAGASA bandang 11:45 ng umaga, ito ay bunsod pa rin ng Bagyong Ursula.
Dahil dito, sinabi ng weather bureau na posibleng makaranas ng pagbaha ang mabababang lugar at landslides sa mga mabubundok ng lugar.
Pinayuhan ang publiko at disaster risk reduction and management offices na maging alerto at tutukan ang lagay ng panahon.
