Mahigit 16,000 pasahero stranded sa mga pantalan dahil sa Bagyong Ursula

Mahigit 16,000 na mga pasahero ang stranded sa mga pantalan dahil sa bagyong Ursula.

Sa datos ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), 16,600 na mga pasahero ang stranded sa iba’t ibang mga pantalan sa bansa.

Ayon kay Coast Guard Spokesman Capt. Armand Balilo, hindi pinapayagang maglayag ang mga sasakyang pandagat sa mga lugar na may nakataas na tropical cyclone wind signal.

Marami aniyng pasahero ang nakabiyahe na at nasa pantalan na nang magkaroon ng kanselasyon ng mga biyahe.

Kabilang sa mga lugar na may stranded na pasahero ang Bicol, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Southern Luzon, NOrthern Mindanao, Western Mindanao, at Southern Visayas.

Ani Balilo, mayroong mahigit 1,800 rolling cargoes na stranded sa mga pantalan, 96 na barko at 15 motorbanca.
