Mayroon nang doctorate degree sa Public Administration si Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez.
Sa kaniyang Instagram ibinahagi ni Gomez ang larawan ng graduation ceremony.
Nagtapos si Gomez sa Cebu Technological University.
Sa kaniyang graduation ay sinamahan siya ng misis na si Leyte Rep. Lucy Torres-Gomez.
Kwento ni Gomez, ang kaniyang thesis ay tungkol sa “Modeling the Intertwining Constructs of Green Information Technology Adoption Diversity”.
Idinepensa umano niya ang kaniyang thesis hindi lang sa harap ng panel of professors at Dean kundi maging sa iba pang graduating students.
Ayon kay Gomez, malaking bagay ang kursong ito para sa kaniyang kapasidad bilang isang local chief executive.
