WATCH: Palasyo, nababahala sa pagbasura ng Sandiganbayan sa P200-B forfeiture case vs pamilya Marcos
Aminado ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang na nakababahala ang desisyon ng Sandiganbayan nang ibasura ang P200 bilyong forfeiture case laban sa pamilya ni dating pangulong Ferdinand Marcos.
Pero ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, hindi naging ugali ng Palasyo na pakialaman ang trabaho ng sangay ng hudikatura.
Iginagalang aniya ng Palasyo ang desisyon ng Sandiganbayan.
Ayon kay Panelo, tiyak na ibinase ng Sandiganbayan ang desisyon sa mga ebidensyang iprinisinta sa korte.
Bahala na aniya ang Office of the Solicitor-General (OSG) kung iaapela pa ang kaso.
Sinabi pa ni Panelo na hindi dapat na sisihin ang kasalukuyang administrasyon kung natalo man sa kaso dahil matagal nang naisampa ang asunto.
