#WalangPasok: CJ Peralta sinuspinde ang pasok sa Hudikatura sa December 23
Sinuspinde ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta ang trabaho sa Hudikatura sa Lunes, December 23.
Sa pamamagitan ng Memorandum Order No. 90-2019 na inilabas Lunes ng gabi, sinuspinde ni Peralta ang judiciary work sa kondisyong may ‘skeletal workforce’ sa mga sumusunod na opisina:
1. Supreme Court
• Office of the Clerk of Court, En Banc
• Office of the Division Clerk of Court, First Division
• Office of the Division Clerk of Court, Second Division
• Office of the Division Clerk of Court, Third Division
• Judicial Records Office
• Fiscal Management and Budget Division
• Office of Administrative Services, SC
• Office of Administrative Services, OCA
2. Court of Appeals
3. Sandiganbayan
4. Court of Tax Appeals
5. All first and second level courts
Lahat ng opisyal at empleyado na magtratrabaho sa December 23 ay may karapatan sa isang araw na compensatory time-off ayon kay Peralta.
