Pinarangalan ng Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso ang ilang natatanging indibidwal na naglaan ng panahon sa bolunterismo.

Pinangunahan ang awarding ceremony sa sampung awardee ni House Committee on People’s Participation chair Rida Robes.

Ayon sa mambabatas, katuwang nila ang Philippine Veterans Affairs Office sa pagpili sa mga ito.
