Magkaiba ang kahalagahan ng tubig at langis.

Ito ang paliwanag ni Senator Imee Marcos kung kaya’t mali na pagkumparahin ang presyo ng tubig sa mga produktong petrolyo.

Sinabi rin ng Senadora na dapat magtuloy-tuloy ang imbestigasyon at kung maari ay ang pagsasampa ng mga kaso.
