LTFRB tiniyak na sapat ang bibiyaheng bus ngayong holiday season
Tiniyak ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) na sapat ang bilang ng mga bus na bibiyahe ngayong Holiday Season.
Nakatakdang aprubahan ng LTFRB ang special permits para sa 968 na mga bus sa ilalim ng Oplan Byaheng Ayos: Pasko 2019.
Papayagan silang bumiyahe mula December 23, 2019 hanggang January 3, 2020.
Ang 968 PUBs ay magsasakay ng mga pasahero na patungo sa North Luzon (581 units), South Luzon (189 units), Bicol (127 units), Visayas (48 units), at Mindanao (23 units).
Ayon kay LTFRB Technical Division Chief Mr. Joel Bolano, sumailalim sa mahigit na proseso ng inspeksyon ang mga bus na nag-apply ng special permit,
Kabilang sa tinignan ang road worthiness ng mga bus unit at kahandaan ng kanilang drivers.
