MMDA maglalatag ng panuntunan para sa month-long sale sa March 2020

Bubuo ng mga panuntunan ang Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) kasama ang mall owners para sa nakatakdang month-long sale sa March 2020.

Ito ay matapos ianunsyo ng Department of Tourism (DOT) araw ng Miyerkules na magsasagawa ng kauna-unahang ‘Philippine Fun Sale’ na layong palakasin ang turismo ng bansa.

Sa press conference, sinabi ni MMDA General Manager Jojo Garcia dahil sa nasabing plano ay kailangang mapag-usapan ang parking issues at ang trapiko.

“If we push through with that one we just need to see kung ano guidelines para mapatawag natin yung mall owners. Malaman natin kung saan dadaaan mapatawag natin yung parking yan of course,” ani Garcia.

Iginiit naman MMDA official na 100 porsyento nilang susuportahan ang mall sale ng DOT at tratrabahuin ang traffic management plan.

Katuwang ng DOT sa ‘Philippine Fun Sale’ sa Marso ang SM Malls, Ayala Malls, Megaworld, Vista Land, Robinsons, SSI, Shangri-La at Powerplant Malls.
