Apektado si Senator Bato Dela Rosa sa isyung kinasangkutan ni dating PNP chief Oscar Albayalde.

Dahil dito ayon kay Dela Rosa, ayaw na niyang magrekomenda kay Pangulong Duterte ng magiging bagong PNP chief.
