Korte Suprema pinayagan ang live coverage sa promulgation ng Maguindanao Massacre case
Pinayagan ng Korte Suprema ang hirit na live media coverage sa promulgation ng kontrobersiyal na kaso ng Maguindanao Massacre.
Makalipas ang ilang taon ay ilalabas na ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court ang desisyon sa kaso sa December 19 sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City.
Inaprubahan ng Supreme Court en banc ang hirit ng iba’t ibang media organizations na gawing bukas sa media ang promulgation.
Itinakda ng ang promulgation sa naturang kaso sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City.
Kaugnay ng nalalapit na promulgation ay iniutos ng ng PNP ang paghihigpit ng seguridad sa uezon City Jail Annex sa Camp Bagong Diwa.
