State of emergency sa France, balak pang pahabain ni Hollande

Balak ni French President Frances Hollande na hilingin sa parliament na palawigin pa ng karagdagang tatlong buwan ang state of emergency sa kanilang bansa.

Idineklara ang state of emergency noong nakaraang taon dahil sa madugong pag-atake sa Paris na ikinamatay ng 130 katao noong November 13, 2015.

Nakatakda nang mag-expire ang unang idineklarang state of emergency sa February 26, kaya balak na umano ni Hollande na mag-presenta ng mga kaukulang dokumento sa parliament para hilingin ang nasabing 3-month extension ng state of emergency.

Una nang binatikos ng mga UN human rights experts ang deklarasyon ng mahabang state of emergency sa France bilang kalabisan para sa karapatan ng iba.

Ito ang nakikita ng gobyerno na isa sa mga paraan para maproteksyunan ang bansa nila sa mga namamayagpag pa ring banta ng terorismo.
