DOLE nagpalabas ng holiday pay rules para sa December holidays

Nagpalabas ng holiday pay rules ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) para sa mga holiday sa buwan ng Disyembre.

Sa labor advisory ng DOLE, ang December 8 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary), December 24 at December 31 ay pawang special non-working days.

Base sa pay rules ng DOLE, kung ang empleyado ay hindi pumasok o papasok sa trabaho sa nasabing mga petsa ay iiral ang “no work no pay”.

Kung pumasok o papasok sa trabaho, mayroon siyang dagdag na 30 percent sa kaniyang sweldo par asa unang walong oras sa trabaho.

Babayaran din ng 30 percent na dagdag ang kaniyang hour rate sa bawat oras ng kaniyang overtime.

Para naman sa December 25 (Pasko) at December 30 (Rizal Day) na kapwa regular holiday, tatanggap ng kaniyang 100 percent na sahot ang isang empleyado kahit na hindi siya pumasok sa trabaho.

Kung papasok naman sa trabaho, tatanggap ng 200 percent ng kanilang sweldo.

Dagdag na 30 percent din sa kanilang hourly rate ang tatanggapin ng empleyado sa bawat oras ng kanilang pag-overtime.
