Nasawi ang isang dating pulis matapos mauwi sa engkwentro ang buy-bust operation ng pulisya sa Austria St., Novaliches Proper, Quezon City, pasado alas-12:30 Lunes ng hatinggabi,
Ayon sa PNP- Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG), kinilala ang dating pulis na si Corporal Tirso Agustin Lactaotao.
Nag-avail ng optional retirement ang dating pulis.
Nagkasa ng operasyon laban kay Lactaotao matapos makarating sa IMEG ang ulat na nagtutulak ito ng droga sa Rizal.
Imbes na sumuko sa operasyon nanlaban umano ang suspek kaya’t tinamaan ito ng bala.
Isinugod pa sa ospital si Lactaotao ngunit idineklara ring dead-on-arrival.
Patuloy ang imbestigasyon ng pulisya sa insidente.
