Kabilang sa pinakakasuhan ng paglabag sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act at Malversation sina dating Customs Commissioner at Muntinlupa Representative Rozzano “Ruffy” Biazon, Rodolfo Valenzia ng Oriental Mindoro, Ariel Olano ng Davao Del Norte, Marc Douglas Cagas ng Davao Del Sur at Arthur Pingoy Jr., ng South Cotabato.
Kasama rin sa pinakakasuhan sina Energy Regulatory Commission Chairperson Zenaida Ducut, Janet Lim-Napoles at mga opisyal ng Department of Budget and Management, Technology Resource Center at National Business Corporation.
