Kasunod ito ng pagkakahirang kina bagong Supreme Court Associate Justices Mario Villamor Lopez at Edgardo Lao Delos Santos matapos na magretiro sina Associate Justice Francis Jardeleza at Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio.
Bunga nito, ang First Division ay binubuo na nina Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta at Justices Alfredo Benjamin S. Caguioa, Jose C. Reyes, Jr., Amy C. Lazaro-Javier at Mario V. Lopez
Ang Second Division naman ay binubuo na ngayon nina Justices Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe, Andres B. Reyes, Jr., Ramon Paul L. Hernando, Henri Jean Paul B. Inting at Edgardo L. Delos Santos.
Habang binubuo naman ang Third Division nina Justices Marvic Mario Victor F. Leonen, Alexander G. Gesmundo, Rosmari D. Carandang, Rodil V. Zalameda at Edgardo L. Delos Santos bilang bagong miyembro.
