Magkakaroon na ng help desk para sa publiko ang hudikatura.
Ayon sa Supreme Court Public Information Office, ilulunsad sa Lunes, December 9 ang Judiciary Public Assistance Section o JPAS o Judiciary Help Desk sa training room ng Supreme Centennial Building sa Padre Faura Street sa Maynila.
Ang JPAS na nasa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng Office of the Chief Justice ay bubuuin ng tatlong unit na help desk unit, hotline unit at email messaging unit.
Kabilang sa mga gampanin ng JPAS ay maging opisyal na linya ng komunikasyon sa pagitan ng hudikatura, stakeholders at publiko, at tanggapin at pangasiwaan ang mga concerns o tanong ng publiko at mga judiciary stakeholders.
Ang help desk unit ay matatagpuan sa ground floor ng SC Centennial Building habang ang hotline unit at email messaging unit ay sa Office of the Chief Justice.
Ang tatlong unit ng JPAS ay bukas mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes ng alas-8 ng umaga hanggang ala-5 ng hapon maliban kapag holidays.
Ang judiciary help desk ay bahagi ng ten-point program ni chief justice diosdado peralta.
