Mga paliparang nasalanta ng Bagyong #TisoyPH balik na sa normal operations

Balik na sa normal ang operasyon ng lahat ng paliparan sa ilalim ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) na nasalanta ng bagyo.

Ayon kay CAAP Director General Jim Sydiongco, ang aiport managers sa Eastern Visayas at Southern Luzon ay nagbibigay ng positibong updates hinggil sa pagbabalik ng commercial operations.

“Minor damages were already repaired bringing back immediate resumption of normal operations,” ani Sydiongco.

Kinumpirma rin ng CAAP official na maging ang Legazpi Airport na malaki ang naging pinsala ay naibalik na rin ang commercial operations noon pang December 4.

Nagsagawa ang CAAP officials, representatives mula sa Office of the Transporstation Security (OTS), Cebu Pacific at Philippine Airlines ng inspeksyon sa Legazpi Airport noong Miyerkules.

Sa naging diskusyon, aabot umano sa 30 hanggang 40 araw ang gagawing full rehabilitation sa Legazpi airport.

Manual inspection naman ang isasagawa sa airport dahil isa lamang sa X-ray machines ang gumagana.

Samantala, ang Calbayog Airport sa Eastern Visayas na nasalanta rin ng bagyo ay balik na rin sa full operatins makaraan ang reinstallation ng markers at wind cones.
