Pinabubuhay muli ng Korte Suprema ang kasong may kaugnayan sa P728M fertilizer fund scam laban kay Senador Lito Lapid.
Una nang ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan ang asunto laban sa senador dahil sa mahabang panahon na pagkakaantala preliminary Investigation ng Ombudsman laban sa senador at tatlong iba lang kapwa nito akusado.
