Kailangan nang ipasa ang pagbuio ng Department of Disaster Resilience o DDR.

Ito ay matapos ang matinding epekto ng bagyong Tisoy at lindol sa Mindanao.

Malaking tulong din ayon kay Rep. Joey Salceda ang panukala ni Senator Bong Go na sertipikahang urgent ni Pangulong Duterte ang panukalang batas.
