Nasa critical level na ang water level sa Buntun Bridge.
Ayon sa Tuguegarao City Information Office, as of 5:00AM ngayong Miyerkules, Dec. 5 ay 10.5 meters na ang water level sa Buntun Bridge.
Kapag 10 to 12 meters ang water level ng Buntun Bridge ay nasa critical level na ito.
Tumaas pa ito mula sa 9.63 meters kagabi.
Samantala dahil sa tubig-baha, maraming kalsada at tulay sa Tuguegarao City, Cagayan ang hindi madaanan ng mga motorista.
Kabilang dito ang mga sumusunod na kalsada:
1. Pinacanauan nat Tuguegarao corner Bonifacio street, Centro 1. (crossblocks)
2. Taft street going to Pinacanauan nat Tuguegarao Ave up to Cataggaman Nuevo (vice versa)

4. Aguinaldo street going to Pinacanauan nat Tuguegarao Ave
5. Tanza/Caggay Pinacanauan nat Tuguegarao going Overflow Bridge
6. Macapagal Ave ( from Apostol Bldg going to Gonzaga St.)
7. Gonzaga St. (Riverbank Foodpark) going Macapagal Ave.
8. Pagulayan quary in Pinacanauan Nat Tuguegarao Avenue
9. Gomez Street corner Valenzuela Street going to Macapagal Avenue
