Albay province, isinailalim sa state of calamity dahil sa Bagyong #TisoyPH

Isinailalim sa state of calamity ang buong probinsya ng Albay.

Sa inilabas na Provincial Resolution No. 00215-2019 na may petsang December 4, inaprubahan ng Sangguniang Panlungsod ang resolusyon na ilagay ang probinsya sa state of calamity bunsod ng Bagyong Tisoy.

Nakaranas din kasi ang Albay ng hagupit ng bagyo matapos tumama sa kalupaan ng Sorsogon noong Lunes.

Libu-libong residente rin ang inilikas dahil sa pananalasa ng bagyo.
