Regional Director ng LTFRB sa Bicol sinibak sa pwesto ni Pangulong Duterte
Sinibak sa pwesto ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte regional director ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) sa Bicol.
Ang utos na nagsisibak sa pwesto kay Vladimir Custer Kahulugan ay mula sa Office of the President at nilagdaan November 28, 2019.
Pormal itong nakarating sa tanggapan ni LTFRB Chairman Martin Delgra III noong Lunes, December 2.
Ang pagsibak kay Kahulugan ay matapos siyang isailalim sa imbestigasyon ng investigation, Security, and Law Enforcement Staff (ISLES) ng DOTr.
Batay sa imbestigasyon kasabwat ni Kahulugan ang mga tauhan ng LTFRB Enforcement Team na sina Narciso Juntereal, Robert Pacurib, Jose Pado, at Eduardo Felix sa pagkulekta ng “protection money” mula sa mga operator ng bus at UV Express sa Bicol region.
Ang apat ay nananatiling at large matapos makatakas sa ikinasang entrapment operation ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Albay Provincial Field Unit.
Sangkot din umano si Kahulugan at ang apat sa “hulidap”.
