Inihayag ni Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go na masertipikahang urgent ang panukalang pagbuo ng Department of Disaster Resilience.

Sa ambush interview, ipinaliwanag ng senador na kailangan na ng bansa ang isang ahensya na tututok sa mga kalamidad.

Dagdag pa nito, sinabi ni Go na mayroong isang ahensya ng gobyerno na mangasiwa sa pagtulong sa mga apektado ng mga kalamidad tulad ng bagyo.
