Pagpapaliban sa Brgy. at SK elections, aprubado na ni Pangulong Duterte

Nilagdaan na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang panukalang batas na nagpapaliban sa Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan elections.
Sa halip na May 2021, gaganapin na ang susunod na Barangay at SK elections sa December 2022.
Ginawa ng pangulo ang paglagda sa bagonbg batas sa ceremonial signing sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
Huling nagkaroon ng Barangay at SK elections noong May 2018.
