Preemptive evacuation ipatutupad na sa Valenzuela City

Magpapatupad na ng preemptive evacuation sa lungsod ng Valenzuela.

Sa abiso ng Valenzuela City government, ito ay base sa rekomendasyon ng local disaster risk reduction and management council.

Simula alas 8:00 ng umaga ang preempetive evacuation sa mabababang lugar.

Inaasahan kasi ang madalas na tuluy-tuloy na buhos ng ulan sa Metro Manila base sa abiso ng PAGASA.
