Inihayag ni House Minority leader Benny Abante na dapat magkaroon ng total ban sa single-used plastic bag.
Iginiit ni Abante sa House Ways and Means Committee ang panukala para patawan ng excise tax ang single-used plastic bag.
Sa ilalim ng panukala, papatawan ng P10 na excise tax ang kada kilo ng single-used plastic bag simula January 1, 2020.
