Promulgation sa kaso ng Maguindanao massacre itinakda ng QC RTC sa Dec. 19
Itinakda na ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court sa susunod na linggo ang promulgation sa Maguindanao massacre case.
Sa inilabas na kautusan ni QC RTC Br. 221 Presiding Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes, sa December 19 ilalabas na ang desisyon sa kontrobersyal na kaso.
Gaganapin ang promulgation sa Quezon City Jail-Annex sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City.
Noong nakaraang buwan ng Nobyembre pa dapat nadesisyunan ang kaso pero humingi ng palugit sa Korte Suprema si Reyes sa paglalabas ng hatol.
Ito ay dahil sa dami ng records ng kaso na kinakailangang i-review ng hukom.
