Pambato ng Pilipinas na si Rombaon, nag-uwi ng bronze medal sa Cross country MTB
Naiuwi ng pambato ng Pilipinas na si Avegail Rombaon ang bronze medal para sa Women’s Cross country mountainbike sa 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
Ginanap ang cycling competitions ng SEA Games sa Laurel, Batangas.
Natapos ni Rombon ang mountainbike race sa bilis na 1 oras, 48 minuto at 54 segundo.
Nauna naman sa atleng tubong-Iriga nang 12 minuto ang pambato ng Vietnam na si Thi Nhu Quynh Dinh sa bilis na 1 oras 36 minuto at 43 segundo.
Silver medalist naman si Thi Thom Ca mula pa rin sa Vietnam.
Samantala, nabigo namang matapos ni Ariana Dormitorio ang cycling competition.
Humingi ng paumanhin si Dormitorio sa bansa at nangakong mas gagalingan pa nito para sa susunod na torneo.
