Duterte sinisi ang Kongreso kaya lumala ang problema sa trapiko
Iginiit ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na ang kabiguan ng Kongreso na maipasa agad ang 2019 national budget ang dahilan kung bakit hindi naresolba ang problema sa trapiko.
Magugunitang ipinangako ng presidente noong Hunyo na mareresolba na ang traffic problem at limang minuto na lamang ang magiging biyahe mula Cubao, Quezon City hanggang Makati City.
Sa exclusive interview ng CNN Philippines sa pangulo, sinabi nito na apektado ng pagkakabalam ng budget ang lahat ng programa ng gobyerno.
“Because Congress did not pass the budget on time, so apektado lahat,” ani Duterte.
Giit ng pangulo, kailangan ang public spending para mapanatiling malago ang ekonomiya.
“When there is no public spending, your economy will slow down, kailangan (the government) will spend, so that the private sector will ride on it,” dagdag ng presidente.
Dahil dito nanawagan si Duterte sa Kongreso na ipasa ang 2020 national budget sa tamang oras.
“Ito ngayon, we are waiting, wala pa eh, we hope to pass the law hopefully by December… Congress paki naman… walang pera… ” panawagan ng pangulo.
