Malakanyang, hindi nagpatinag sa pagho-host sa SEA Games

Umaasa ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang na magbubunga ng friendly-competitive actions ang 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games sa bansa.

Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, bagamat nagkaroon ng mga aberya ang preparasypn sa SEA Games, buong tapang pa rin na hinarap ng pamahalaan ang hamon na pangasiwaan ang SEA Games.

Excited aniya ang Pilipinas na ipamalas ang kulturang Pinoy at hospitality.

“We are undaunted by the initial snafus in logistics which were unfortunately aggravated by the proliferation of fake news, as we commence with excitement — and hope for a historic milestone — in hosting the 30th SEA Games,” ani Panelo

Muli namang humingi ng paumanhin ang Palasyo sa mga aberya sa SEA Games.

Patuloy aniyang pagsusumikapan ng pamahalan na hindi na ito mauulit.

May gagawin aniyang imbestigasyon para mabusisi kung mayroong iregularidad dahilan para magkaroon ng aberya.

“At any rate, we wish to reiterate the country’s apology for whatever inconvenience the athletes went through, as well as this Administration’s commitment to probe whatever irregularities there were, if any, in the preparation of the event,” pahayag ni Panelo.

Mensahe ng Palasyo sa mga atleta, “best of luck.”
