Karamihan ng events sa 2019 Southeast Asian Games ay magaganap sa Luzon, partikular sa Metro Manila, Clark, Subic, Binan City at iba pa.
Labingisang bansa ang kalahok sa SEA Games na opisyal na magbubukas araw ng Sabado, Nov. 30 sa Philippine Arena sa Bocaue, Bulacan.
