Umapela ang Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) sa mga manonood ng SEA Games na maging responsable sa pagtatapon ng basura.

Hiling ng DENR, sana ay makipag-cooperate ang publiko para maging maayos ang kapaligiran sa mga venue na pagdarausan ng palaro.
