BI nakaalerto sa mga bumibyahe patungong Dubai

Naka-alerto ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) officers sa NAIA partikular sa mga pasaherong patungo ng Dubai,UAE.

Ito ay kasunod ng report na ginagamit ng human trafficking syndicates ang UAE bilang transit point patungo ng Iraq.

Bunga nito, mahigpit ang ginagawang screening ngayon ng Immigration officers sa mga pasaherong patungo ng nasabing destinasyon partikular ang mga nagpapanggap na turista.

Una nang inalerto ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) ang BI kasunod report na ginagamit ng illegal recruiters ang social media para magrecruit ng OFWs patungong Iraq.

Ito ay sa kabila ng umiiral na deployment ban sa nasabing bansa.
