Dumipensa si House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano sa mga anomalyang ibinabato sa SEA games.
Sinabi ni Cayetano na dapat noon pang deliberasyon sa komite ng 2019 budget kinuwetsyon kung bakit sa Department of Foreign Affairs inilagay ang pondo para sa pagdaraos ng SEA Games sa bansa at hindi ngayon.
Dagdag pa ni Cayetano, siya ang Foreign Affairs secretary noong panahon na inaprubahan ang budget kaya ito nailagay sa ilalim ng kanyang ahensya.
