Makararanas ng pag-ulan ang lalawigan ng Zambales.
Sa inilabas na thunderstorm advisory ng PAGASA, alas 3:40 ng hapon ng Huwebes, Nov. 28, katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na buhos ng ulan sa naturang lalawigan.
Ganitong lagay na rin ng panahon ang nararanasan sa Mabalacat, Angeles City at Porac sa Pampanga.
Pinayuhan ang mga residente na maging alerto sa posibleng pagkakaroon ng flash floods o landslides.
