WATCH: 26 samples na sinuri ng RITM at NIID ng Japan, nagpositibo sa polio virus

Dalawampu’t anim na samples na sinuri ng Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) at National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID) ng Japan ang nagpositibo sa poliovirus.
Sa 26 na nagpositibong samples, 25 ay mula sa Metro Manila habang ang isa ay sa Davao City.
Ang mga sample ay kinulekta mula July 1 hanggang November 6, 2019.
